It's our first full week at Hicks - and we've already got so much going on! 

In the wise words of King Julien (yeah... teaser alert!) it's time to MOVE IT, MOVE IT!

On to the week-at-a-glance!

TODAY: 

• Registration is OPEN for the 1st session of Wednesday After School Programs (Grades 1-5) AND HCE's Musical Theater Event: Madagascar - A Musical Adventure Jr. (Grades 3-5)! 

Thursday: 

• Slots open up to 2nd graders for our musical IF spaces are available. 

Friday: 

• Coffee with the Principal 8:45 AM - 9:45. Join Mrs. Vela and Mrs. Fitch for a cup of coffee and donuts - and a casual chat about the year!
  
  
• PTO meeting: 10:00 AM in the Small Multipurpose Room (you must check in at the front office before heading to the meeting) or call in using Google Meet. 
  • We're excited for a great meeting introducing our board members, laying out the plan for the year - and even talking through the plans for the future!
    
    
• Registration CLOSES for the Wednesday After School Programs.That's right - 5 days to sign up - classes start next Wednesday.

• Husky backpack buddies will be delivered to classrooms TOMORROW! Did you join as a Husky Pro ($300) or Husky Champion ($500) member? Our membership lead will be in touch to find out what you'd like for your additional incentive(s).
• Not yet a member? JOIN US - at whatever level works best for your family!
• Get to know our Board and Committee leads - ready to answer your questions or help get you involved.

Remember: All of these events have been done before - and we have the tools to make sure you are a success. You won't be starting from zero - and our structure is set up so that every volunteer role has support and guidance!
