Wednesday After School programs are offered for students in grades 1-5. 

 

Wednesdays are "early dismissal days" at Hicks - and these programs offer families a chance to try a new skill or sport, while extending the school day a bit! 

 

ALL classes start at 1:30 PM and end at 2:35 PM.

March 25 - May 27

Important Dates:  

  • Registration Opens: Wednesday, March 11 at 10 AM

  • Registration Closes: Friday, March 20 at 11:59 PM OR when the class reaches capacity! Some classes WILL sell out - please register early to avoid disappointment!  
Late adds will not be accommodated. No exceptions.  
  • First Class: March 25

  • No class: April 1 (Spring Break) 

  • Last Class: May 27

Art is open to grades 1-5. It has a max capacity of 40 students.

    • Walker (adult will pick up from front of school)

  8. Confirm HOW you plan to pay: via Venmo (@Cybele-Rowe), Zelle, or by check at the first class

    Once Cybele confirms your registration, your payment is due. If payment is not received by March 20th - you will NOT be registered for the class. 

 

 

Dance/Cheer is open to grades 1-5. It has a max capacity of 40 students.

 

 

 

Cooking is open to grades 1-5. It has a max capacity of 16 students (and typically sells out within minutes.)

 

Chemical Reactions is open to grades 3-5. It has a max capacity of 20 students. 

Basketball is open to grades 1-5. It has a max capacity of 40 students. 

 

 

 

Chess is open to grades 1-5. It has a max capacity of 40 students. 

 

LEGO Engineering is open to grades 1-3. It has a max capacity of 20 students. 

 

Golf is open to grades 1-5. It has a max capacity of 12 students. 

 

Coding is open to grades 1-3. It has a max capacity of 17 students.
