The front office staff is looking for volunteers who can come in to the office for about an hour/week to help with copy projects for the teachers. Days/times are flexible... when it works for you!

Sticker Help! Wednesday, September 9
On our "restaurant days" - we are looking for volunteers who can join us at dismissal to help pass out stickers to kids as they leave school! We're looking for volunteers who can join at 12:40 (TK&K dismissal) or 1:24 (1-5 dismissal... looking for front gate helpers and back gate helpers). We'll meet you with a stack of stickers - and it's a game of tag as kids come out of the gates! :) (The whole job takes about 10 minutes)

Ready for the action? Book Fair is a great chance to really feel the impact of your time! We'll need help setting up, cashiers, working the doors and breaking down - as well as support for Night at the Book Fair.

Want the best chance to make sure your Husky's hair is combed for their photo? Join us for Picture Day! We'll need folks to help escort classes, assist the photographer team to collect paperwork, and just helping to make sure the process runs smoothly. Watch here for the sign up list to be posted soon! 

 

Help enter collected receipts to help us win up $3,500! Learn more about the Earn and Learn program here. We're looking for volunteers who can take an envelope of receipts every once in a while and enter them into the online portal to count towards our total. You can do this as a one-time thing... or ongoing as available! Contact fundraising@hickscanyon.org if you can help. 

 

 

The Community Support Programs lead is responsible for managing our ongoing partnership with "Operation Be Kind" - a local charitable organization, to coordinate the annual toy drive. It's 99% an "offsite" role - requiring very little in school time.

Team Kids is a program that takes place each fall- and mostly involves our 4th and 5th graders. We're looking for someone who is the liaison between the Team Kids Coordinator and the school. There IS a little on-site time for this one the day of the carnival and 1 or 2 of the leadership meetings at school, but it's mostly emails. Contact president@hickscanyon.org if you can help! 

 

Our Corporate Sponsorship program has a great base, but could really be something much bigger with someone giving more attention to it. This one is a 99% offsite job... very little on campus time needed. Contact president@hickscanyon.org if you can help! 

 

This role has a pretty structured system in place (with template emails and step-by-step processes) and is ready for someone to take it over and manage! It's about a 30% onsite and 70% offsite role.. it does require some time on campus Wednesday after school at the start of each session to help make sure the vendors are set and kids are going to the right classes. But overall it's at-home vendor communication and organization. Contact programs@hickscanyon.org if you are interested. 

 

Looking for a LEAD: Celebrations
This one is for the person whose love language is gift-giving. :) 
This person will be responsible for the gifts presented by the PTO for special occasions like Custodians Day, Every Student Succeeds, Principals Day, School Secretaries Day and events of that nature.
