All of these events have been done before - and we have the tools to make sure you are a success!
You won't be starting from zero - and our structure is set up so that every volunteer role has support and guidance!

 

Recruiting NOW:   

Donuts With Loved Ones (Wednesday, September 3rd)
We're looking for donut and coffee pick up folks, as well as volunteers to assist at the event. 
 
Picture Day (Tuesday, September 9th)
 
ART MASTERS Volunteer
Learn more about the program here and how you can get involved - NO art experience required! This one is a GREAT one to be involved right in your student's class! 

  

Dino Dash Liaison:
This person will act as our point person with TPSF  for their annual  “Dino Dash” event (November 2) – getting information to our communications team to promote, coordinating volunteers for packet pick up day (the day before the event) and setting our school’s meeting spot/photo opp on the morning of the event. Contact vp@hickscanyon.org if you are interested!

 

Yearbook:

This person will work closely with HCE’s staff yearbook lead (Mrs. Sanchez) to help ensure photos are collected from HCE events, and then also work to help promote yearbook sales online, and then handle additional in-person orders at the end of the school year. Contact vp@hickscanyon.org if you are interested!

  

Talent Show Lead:

This person works with our Talent Show Director to coordinate the logistics of the event (scheduling, ticket sales, facility set up, etc), as well as getting information to the communications team for marketing all aspects (tryouts, ticket sales, etc.) The Talent Show will take place March 26, with auditions hosted January 7 & 8 (after school). Contact vp@hickscanyon.org if you are interested!

 

Movie Night Lead:

This person organizes and runs our “Movie Night” (Fall date TBD), coordinating all logistics, vendor setup and volunteer management for the evening. Contact vp@hickscanyon.org if you are interested!

 

Bingo Lead:

This person organizes and runs our “Bingo Night” (May 14, 2026), coordinating all logistics, vendor setup and volunteer management for the evening. This person also manages collection of in-kind items and running the event’s raffle. Contact vp@hickscanyon.org if you are interested!

 

Earn and Learn Receipt Entry

Looking for an easy at-home volunteer job? Help us enter "Earn and Learn" receipts!

We'll get you as little or as much as you have time for... you enter receipts online - the PTO earns points towards cash prizes! Learn more about the program here
