ONGOING

  • September is the first month of the Earn and Learn program! Save ALL of your receipts from purchases made at the Irvine/Tustin Marketplace (the shopping center on Jamboree) and turn them in at school - we'll enter them for you! Learn more about Earn and Learn here!

SEPTEMBER

Monday, September 2: 

  • NO SCHOOL - Labor Day

Thursday, September 5: 

  • PTO meeting: 10:30 AM in the Small Multipurpose Room (you must check in at the front office before heading to the meeting) or call in on Zoom. All Husky families are welcome to join but only PTO members have voting rights.

Wednesday, September 11: 

  • Art Masters! While students are in the Assembly learning about this year's program... our PARENT volunteers will be in their training! Learn more on our volunteer page! 

Thursday, September 12: 

  • Join us at Panda Express for lunch or dinner: 20% of your bill will be donated to the PTO! CLICK HERE for the flier! 

  • Registration for The Little Mermaid CLOSES at 6 PM! Open to 2nd- 5th graders until then! Brought to you by the PTO!

Friday, September 13: 

  • PICTURE DAY! Send your student(s) in their best... with fingers crossed they maintain until the photo is taken! 

  • Parents of English Learners: ELAC meeting: 3 - 4 PM Small MPR Meeting.

  • The last day to earn INCENTIVES for joining the PTO! 

Thursday, September 19: 

  • 5th Grade Girl's Puberty Talk. Get all the details and join us for this important night! Brought to you by the PTO!

Friday, September 20th: 

  • Movie Night AND Night at the Book Fair!  Brought to you by the PTO!
    • Shop the Book Fair from 4:30 - 7:00 PM! 
    • Pick up Husky Gear at our Pop-Up shop!
    • Food available for purchase! 
    • Movie ("If") at 6:30 PM! Bring a blanket/lawn chairs!

  • It's the deadline to purchase your OCTOBER birthday marquee greeting! (see below) 

Sunday, September 29th

  • Join us to cheer on the Angels vs. the Rangers at Angel Stadium (12:07 PM Game Time). $6 of every ticket purchased benefits the PTOI Learn more and purchase tickets here! 

BIRTHDAY (and 1/2 Birthday) MARQUEE MESSAGES

  • Purchase your message no later than the 25th on the month PRIOR to the celebration date. (For example, if your child's birthday is November 10th... you must purchase the marquee message no later than October 25th.) We are not able to accept late marquee message requests. 
  • PRO TIP: Don't wait until the month before to schedule this for your child - knock it out now with your PTO membership purchase and you don't have to worry about it later!
