Cancellation of Taylor Swift Cover Band Experience
Dear Husky Community,
It is with regret that we must inform you of the cancellation of our Taylor Swift Cover Band Experience event, scheduled for Thursday, May 23rd, due to insufficient ticket sales.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and want to express our gratitude for your continued support of our fundraising efforts throughout the academic year. While we had hoped to bring this event to our school and community, we are unable to proceed without meeting the required number of ticket sales.
As a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing educational resources for our students, we must prioritize the allocation of funds towards essential educational programs. It is our responsibility to ensure that every dollar raised contributes directly to our mission.
Refunds for purchased tickets will be processed today.
As President of our PTO, I personally apologize to all who were looking forward to this event. We will remain committed to exploring similar opportunities in the future and will continue to work diligently to support our Hicks community.
